1. Kneel down on a mat and bring one of your feet out in front of you.

2. Put both hands onto the leg in front of you for support whilst doing the stretch.

3. Move the leg back as far as comfortable. Do not push it too far back. Just enough for a gentle stretch.

4. Remember to keep your body in line with your face forward.
