Banana
Cream Jelly
serves

1 Lime Jelly Cube
1 Banana
150ml of fat free fromage frais
1.
Make up the jelly with 450ml of boiling
water.
2. Pour a thin layer over the bottom of
a 1 pint bowl and place in the fridge to
set.
3. Slice the banana and lay it on the top
of the set jelly.
4. When the rest of the jelly is near setting
mix it together with the fromage frais.
5.Pour the mixture over the sliced banana.
6. Place it back in the fridge to set.
7. Serve.
